Job Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the Yoshinoya branch, including opening preparation, business execution and closing settlement, to ensure service quality and operating efficiency meet the group standard.
  • Plan and implement employee training programs, covering new employee onboarding training, on-the-job skills enhancement, service etiquette reinforcement, and food safety standard education, to enhance team professionalism and service consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze various operating costs (such as food waste, manpower scheduling, water and electricity energy, cleaning supplies, etc.), formulate specific cost-saving measures, and achieve the company's set profit margin and cost ratio targets.
  • Regularly review sales data and customer feedback, collaborate with regional managers to push promotional activities to execution, and evaluate the results, proposing localized improvement suggestions.
Work requirements

  • Have more than 3 years of experience in managing chain restaurants, those with management background of Yoshinoya or equivalent Japanese fast food brands are preferred.
  • Familiar with the basic financial concepts of the catering industry, able to independently read profit and loss statements, inventory reports and labor time analysis tables, and having actual cost control achievements.
  • Have good team leadership and cross-departmental communication skills, effectively motivate employees, handle on-site conflicts, and implement company policies and service standards.
  • Emphasize food safety and sanitation standards, familiar with HACCP principles and Taiwan's food safety regulations, and able to lead internal audits and corrective actions.
