Phone customer service representative

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional consultation and answer services to customers by phone, handling related issues.
Record and organize customer needs and feedback, and promptly feed back to relevant departments.
Assist in completing customer data input and updating work.
According to company arrangements, conduct regular customer follow-up visits to enhance satisfaction.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Secondary school graduation or above, with basic writing and communication skills in Chinese and English.
Have good communication skills, patience and strong service awareness.
Able to use computers and office software fluently, with basic data input abilities.
Applicants with relevant telephone customer service experience will be given priority, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Shift work is required, and you must be able to handle the pressure during busy periods.
