Phone customer service representative

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional consultation and answer services to customers by phone, handling related issues.
  • Record and organize customer needs and feedback, and promptly feed back to relevant departments.
  • Assist in completing customer data input and updating work.
  • According to company arrangements, conduct regular customer follow-up visits to enhance satisfaction.
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation or above, with basic writing and communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Have good communication skills, patience and strong service awareness.
  • Able to use computers and office software fluently, with basic data input abilities.
  • Applicants with relevant telephone customer service experience will be given priority, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Shift work is required, and you must be able to handle the pressure during busy periods.
