· Administer comprehensive psychological assessments with standardized inventories, including IQ Assessments, Assessments for ADHD, ASD and Dyslexia, and report writing
· Provide psycho-educational/behavioral assessments and make respective recommendations in verbal and written report formats
· Provide one-to-one psychological counselling and therapy for clients with various types of Common Mental Disorders and Severe Mental Illnesses
· Provide individual / group therapy sessions to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or other emotional and behavioral issues.
· Conduct school talks, workshops and seminars to support students’ learning and development
· Design corporate training programmes to promote employees' psychological wellness and work effectiveness
· Perform related professional duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
· A recognized Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or above / Master's Degree in Counselling or above
· Membership of(or eligible for)Hong Kong Psychological Society and/or HKICP
· Experience in the area of special needs and/or early childhood an advantage
· 2 years or more post-qualification solid experience in psychological assessments and therapy, preferably in clinicaland/orschool setting.
· Proficientwritten and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
· Good public speaking and group facilitation skills are advantageous
· With Sexual Conviction Record Check completed
