Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange appointment services for customers, answer general inquiries from customers
• Handle clinic daily operations and administrative work
• Assist customers to complete their health check-up procedures

Requirements:

• Second 5 or above
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin, and general English
• Understand basic computer operations and Chinese and English input
• Kindness, responsibility, attention to detail, and patience
• 1 year of customer service work experience, medical or health check related work experience is preferred
