Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for functional testing and basic fault diagnosis of smartphones, including calling, signal, screen display, touch response, charging function and camera, etc. core module operation validation

• Execute pre-maintenance detection, in-maintenance recording, and post-maintenance acceptance according to the standard operating procedure (SOP), ensuring quality and efficiency are balanced

• Assist in organizing maintenance equipment and tools, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and complying with safety and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily maintenance volume targets, and accurately fill out electronic maintenance work orders and customer information systems

• Report abnormal cases or recurring failures to senior technicians or supervisors in a timely manner, and assist in improving the stability of the maintenance process

• Have 1 to 3 years of smartphone repair or electronic product testing related practical experience, familiar with mainstream brands (such as iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) model structure and common problems

• Able to independently operate basic testing instruments and maintenance tools, with basic welding, disassembly, replacement of cables or batteries, etc. Hands-on ability is preferred.

• Fluent in Mandarin, able to clearly communicate technical details to customers and colleagues; understanding Cantonese or English is a plus

• Responsibility and attention to detail, able to focus for long periods on repetitive testing tasks and strictly adhere to data confidentiality principles

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately, and accept the work location at Hong Kong and the shift schedule from 12:30 to 21:00

• The trial period salary is HKD500 per day, and those who perform well may be converted to permanent employment within about a month

• After the probationary period, the monthly salary is HKD 15,000, with an additional performance bonus based on the actual number of repairs and customer satisfaction

• MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) contribution under Hong Kong law, with the employer and employee each contributing in accordance with the law

• Provide overtime allowance and flexible work schedule, with 4 days of fixed rest per month and flexible work arrangements on weekdays
