Chinese Medicine Assistant (hand therapy)

Job Description
- Conduct outpatient reception, medical record registration, clinical preparation and follow-up work to ensure smooth and efficient medical consultation process.
- Understand hand therapy is better, combining meridian and bone and joint theory, using high-end medical equipment to effectively relieve bone and joint pain, relax muscles, and correct joint displacement.
- Organize and archive the examination report and health evaluation data, strictly abide by the personal data privacy regulations, and ensure patient information security.
- Participate in health education support activities, such as community lectures, health workshops, material preparation, on-site coordination and simple publicity and explanation.
- Preference will be given to those with a certificate in Chinese medicine assistant.
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to communicate clearly in Cantonese, understand Mandarin and basic English, those who will be given priority.
- Careful and steady, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment and strictly abide by medical ethics and professional ethics.
- Have basic computer operations skills.
