Duties include:<br>1. Fully responsible for the planning and execution of the company's R&D projects; drive continuous innovation and upgrading of R&D technology;<br>2. Based on market feedback and customer needs, continuously optimize and improve the already listed chip products to enhance their stability and reliability.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, computer science, communication engineering, etc.;<br>2. Have more than 10 years of chip R&D work experience, of which at least 5 years of team management experience;<br>3. Proficient in digital circuit and analog circuit design, with solid circuit theory foundation and practical design skills, able to independently complete the design and verification of complex chip modules;<br>4. Have experience in the design and successful tapeout of optical communication integrated circuit chips or radio frequency (RF) chips, including: laser driver circuit, broadband amplifier, limiter amplifier, transimpedance amplifier, clock data recovery circuit (CDR), VCO, high-speed logic circuit, etc.;<br>5. Familiar with common communication protocols, USB3/4, typeC, HDMI, DP, etc. are preferred.<br>
