Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and regular inspection of property building equipment to ensure normal operation of the facilities
• Assist the engineering supervisor in monitoring and managing the maintenance and repair engineering progress and quality of the external contracting contractor
• Support the engineering department to handle general administrative and clerical affairs
• Working hours are 14:30-23:30 or 9:00-18:00
• Working location: Kowloon Bay

Requirements:

• Two or more years of property management or related field maintenance work experience, those with construction engineering experience are given priority
• Educational requirements are secondary three or above, holding a valid safety card and A-level or B-level electrical engineering certificate
• Have good Cantonese communication skills, understand Chinese writing, and be familiar with English writing
• Applicants with a certificate in mechanical or civil engineering will be given priority
• Familiarity with Chinese and English computer operations and Microsoft Office office software is preferred
