Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the construction of various types of wooden structures on the construction site, including the template system, support frame, temporary fence and scaffolding auxiliary components;
- Cut, assemble and fix wood and other wooden materials according to the construction drawings and material lists, ensuring precise dimensions and sturdy structures;
- Cooperate with contractors and site supervisors to participate in different stages of civil and interior engineering, and support the installation and removal of templates before concrete pouring;
- Regularly inspect and maintain the tools and equipment used (such as electric saws, air nail guns, levels, etc.), ensure safe operation and compliance with construction site safety regulations;
- Comply with Hong Kong's Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance and construction site safety management system, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, participate in safety meetings and risk assessment processes.
- Have at least 2 years of local construction site carpentry work experience, familiar with common construction processes and site operations in Hong Kong;
- Able to read simple Chinese construction drawings and understand basic measurement units (millimeters, meters), with basic mathematical calculation abilities to handle on-site layout and size verification;
- Healthy body and good hand-eye coordination, able to adapt to outdoor high temperatures, high altitude (must wear a safety belt to work) and changing weather conditions;
- Provide a competitive daily or monthly salary based on actual experience and skill level, and pay it on time and in full;
