Job Description

Duties include:

  • Star welcome: At the Tsim Sha Tsui flagship store, we actively greet customers and create a warm and trustworthy service atmosphere with our professional and sincere attitude.

  • Process guidance:

  • Appointment coordination: Flexible management of customer appointment time, proper handling of on-site waiting or sudden situations, and ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service connection.

  • Consultation and follow-up: Handle customer inquiries and feedback with empathy in real-time, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.

  • Administrative support: Maintain the lobby environment clean and facilities operation, and assist customers with data registration, file sorting, etc. after-sales support.

  • Core Commitments:

Job Requirements

  • Education and experience: Middle five or above. Welcome to haveAirlines, hotels, banks or high-end retailPreference will be given to those with experience.

  • Qualifications preference: Applicants with 2 years or more of front-line customer service experience are preferred; those with less experience but with good service awareness will receive systematic on-the-job training from the company.

  • Language communication: Fluent Cantonese, and able to communicate basicly in Mandarin; have excellent listening and oral expression skills.

  • Personal traits: Be sincere and emotionally stable in dealing with others, and be able to maintain a professional service level in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working hours: Need to cooperate with shift work (11:00–22:00, working 9 hours a day including rest time).

  • Requirements: Must hold a valid Hong Kong work permit (welcome high talent, high potential, IANG, dependent visa, and Hong Kong permanent residents).
