<p>Duties:</p><ul><li>Based on internal and external personnel needs, accurately recommend suitable talents, and fully implement the recruitment process, including writing and publishing recruitment advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and following up on employment status;</li><li>Maintain and update the recruitment database, assist in the preparation and participation of job fairs or related activities, and enhance recruitment efficiency and brand image;</li><li>Effective communication with department managers to clarify recruitment needs and position requirements, ensuring talent matching;</li><li>Continuously monitor industry talent dynamics, combine market trends to provide professional advice to customers, maintain good communication and in-depth understanding of business development and personnel planning. </li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, human resources, marketing and other related professional qualifications are preferred;</li><li>At least 1 year of human resources services experience, with priority given to outsourcing/hiring background;</li><li>Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are fluent, and can be used as daily working language for communication;</li><li>Familiar with Hong Kong's employment agency regulations and laws, and able to match Hong Kong and Mainland recruitment needs.</li></ul><p>Need to be stationed in the mainland (Shenzhen) for work.</p>
