The company has one of the widest fresh and frozen product ranges available, and is also one of the few manufacturers of frozen, pre-proven dough in Hong Kong. Our continuing goal is to produce and serve high quality products. From its modern facilities in Kowloon Bay, our company operates 24 hours to meet the needs of our customers, which include hotels, airlines, private members clubs, restaurants and retailers. Our Business Scope includes: Production, Wholesaling and Retailing of Fresh and Frozen, Fully baked, Part-baked and Raw, Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery products including: Croissant, Danish, Rolls, Large Bread, Muffins, Tart Shells, Baskets, Cones, Macarons, Petits Fours, Doughnut, Cream Cake, Fresh Cake, Cheese Cake, Cookie, Chocolate, Sweet and Savouries Pastry Speciality, Festive Speciality Today, Baker & Patissier employs more than 200 staff members working around the clock at its original production centre in Kowloon Bay. In 2012, the company opened a HACCP/ISO/FSSC 22000 standard factory in Clark Free Port, The Philippines. This new production centre has over 2000 employees and is currently serving over 52 countries for our export business; it has the capability to cope with the continuously expanding overseas market. Our team has extended the brand to different types of outlets. Including "Passion" in 2012; a brand new bakery cafe concept "Sour Dough" in 2022; and consignment Bakery counters in different Supermarkets. The factory located in Kowloon Bay is equipped with the most modern advanced equipment and operates 24 hours a day to meet the needs of various hotels, airline catering companies, private clubs, restaurants and other retailers. Our business scope includes: "Manufacture", "wholesale" and "retail" fresh and frozen fully cooked, half cooked and raw dough bread products, cake and biscuit products and pastries. Types include: croissant, Danish pastry, sandwich bread, large bread, paper cup cake, winter slip (deep-fried bread), cream cake, fresh cake, cheese cake, cookie, chocolate, sweet pastry, salty pastry, and festive special products. Baker & Patissier employs about 200 employees at its production center in Kowloon Bay, working day and night. In 2012, the company opened a standard factory in Clark Freeport, Philippines, in accordance with HACCP/ISO/FSSC 22000, and this new production center employs over 2000 employees, with products sold to more than 52 countries around the world. This factory has sufficient capacity to cope with the constantly developing overseas market. Our team in Hong Kong has expanded the brand to different types of stores. Including: "Passione" opened in 2012; "Sour Dough", a new-style bakery and coffee shop opened in 2022; and a bread counter located in major supermarkets.
