Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, and neat placement of all tableware, kitchenware, and utensils during and after restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
Follow the process to operate the dishwasher and hand wash area, properly classify and handle different materials (such as ceramics, glass, stainless steel, wooden products) of tableware, and avoid damage.
Regularly clean the floor, sink, strainer, drain pipes and equipment appearance of the dishwashing area, and maintain a clean and odorless work environment.
Assist in replenishing cleaning agents, disinfectant liquids, etc. Consumables, and follow the instructions for correct mixing and use to ensure cleaning effectiveness and operational safety.
Support floor and kitchen colleagues by providing flexible assistance during peak hours for simple tasks such as collecting leftover tableware, organizing warehouses or helping with goods transportation.

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, no need for relevant work experience, welcome newcomers and those who are changing jobs; with basic Cantonese communication skills, able to understand daily instructions.
Good physical condition, able to stand for long periods of time and carry a general dinner plate, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies (single load about 10 kg)
Pay attention to personal hygiene and neatness, and be willing to follow the restaurant's cleaning procedures, disinfection steps, and food safety rules.
Work attitude is serious and stable, and you can cooperate with shift arrangements (including evening shifts, holidays and public holidays), and you have a team spirit.
No criminal record, willing to undergo a basic background check; those with food industry-related experience or holding a "Food and Drug Administration"-issued《Food Industry Employee Certificate》 are given priority.
