Job Description
Job Title: Yuen Long Picker
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily goods selection, verification, and classification at the Yuen Long warehouse or logistics center to ensure accurate and error-free orders;
- Assist in goods display, replenishment and warehouse cleaning and maintenance, and keep the working area safe and orderly;
- Collaborate closely with packaging, shipping and transportation colleagues to ensure orders are processed within the specified time limit;
- In case of abnormal situations (such as goods out of stock, label errors, packaging damage, etc.), report to your supervisor immediately and record relevant information.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong identity card, and have no relevant work experience. Newcomers are welcome to apply;
- Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to understand simple warehouse instructions and operation guidance;
- Good physical condition, able to stand for long periods of time, bend down and move a moderate amount of goods (generally not exceeding 20 kg);
- Familiarity with the use of smartphones or tablets is preferred, and a willingness to learn warehouse management system operations is also a plus.
- Provide a competitive hourly wage, calculated based on actual working hours, and paid on time each month;
- Enjoy statutory public holidays and paid annual leave, and after one year of employment, you can enjoy 7 days of paid annual leave;
- Establish a attendance bonus, continuous attendance or achieving picking efficiency indicators can receive extra allowance;
- Provide on-the-job training and career development opportunities, and those who perform well may have the opportunity to be promoted to senior pickers or warehouse assistants;
