Job Description
Five days work,$15000-$18000/month+Red Day off. Wan Chai--Full-time Chinese medicine clinic assistant, expected employment date: October 15, 2026 [Wan Chai...And Chinese Medicine Clinic Recruitment]
- Assist TCM doctors in providing outpatient support, including patient registration, diagnosis and treatment arrangements, acupuncture assistance, and related clinical support.
- Responsible for the execution of Chinese herbal medicine granules, ensuring accurate and error-free medication.
- Operate and carry out daily maintenance on advanced Chinese medicine packaging machines to keep them running smoothly.
- Execute the cleaning and disinfection of pharmaceutical equipment, and maintain the pharmaceutical area and clinic environment clean and hygienic.
- Assist in the photography or filming of typical skin disease cases, those interested in using AI tools to produce medical popular science short videos are preferred.
- Handle other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor, record work logs. Support the smooth daily operation of the clinic.
- Graduated from secondary six, with good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, slightly familiar with Mandarin and basic English.
- One or more years of work experience in a Chinese medicine clinic or related medical industry.
- Work seriously and responsibly, be honest and polite, and be healthy. Be able to complete tasks independently and follow medical guidelines.
- Need to be in direct contact with patients, with a service attitude and good coping skills.
- Applicants with interest in Chinese skin medicine, facial medical beauty are given priority.
- Have basic computer operations skills and be willing to learn how to use AI tools for content creation.
- Working 5 days a week, usually Sunday and Wednesday off.
- Daily work 9.5 hours, 9:45 am to 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 7:15 pm, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm is lunch time.
- Monthly salary of $15,000–$18,000, determined by experience and salary proof, with the first three months as a probationary period.
- 17 days of red sun holiday rest.
- Employees and their immediate family members can enjoy high-quality Chinese medicine outpatient services.
- The clinic is located near the Wan Chai MTR station, with convenient transportation.
- Provide laptop computers, microwaves, refrigerators, and other complete facilities.
