Job Responsibilities

• Teach logical thinking and algorithmic knowledge related to Informatics Olympiad (OI), helping students build solid problem-solving abilities

• Design and develop appropriate learning materials and practice questions according to students’ different levels, and improve learning effectiveness

• Guide students to prepare for various programming competitions, assist in analyzing competition questions and strategies, and improve their performance in competitions

• Collaborate with teaching teams to co-optimize course structures and teaching methods, and promote local programming education development

Work requirements

• Have solid mathematical foundations, be good at logical reasoning and problem analysis, and be able to clearly decompose complex concepts

• Fluent in Cantonese, with good communication and expression skills, able to effectively interact with students and parents

• No need for information engineering or computer science degree background, but must have rapid learning ability and teaching potential

• Willing to accept training and continue to learn algorithms and teaching skills, those with self-motivation are especially good
