Learning Management Officer Responsibilities:
2. Efficiently complete scheduling and rescheduling of teaching and ensure a smooth teaching process, thereby improving customer satisfaction and trust;
4. System maintenance of student records and learning data, through data analysis to identify potential renewal and referral opportunities, and support sales decisions;
5. Collaborate with the market and brand activities, assume the responsibilities of activity implementation and customer conversion, participate in solicitation, follow-up and contract support, and boost sales growth;
6. Comply with the company's work requirements to handle the work of this position between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, education, psychology, marketing, management-related majors are preferred; must hold a university English Level 6 certificate or IELTS 6.0 or above, and have communication skills with international student families;
2. More than one year of experience in education industry in student management, course consulting, customer service or academic affairs, those who have sales conversion or customer renewal experience are preferred;
3. Have excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, sales sensitivity and willingness to close deals, and be able to withstand a certain amount of performance pressure;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, good team collaboration and multi-task handling skills, result-oriented, and actively promote the achievement of performance goals.
