Job Responsibilities

1. Personnel entry and exit management:

- Use verification tools (such as scanners) and record forms to review the details of all personnel entering and leaving the server room.

- Set up and maintain a verification area to ensure that personnel identity information and system records are consistent.

- Perform full-body security scans on all personnel entering and leaving the server room to check if they are carrying any prohibited items.

2. Asset entry and exit management:

- Use internal software to verify asset information, ensuring that assets entering and leaving the server room are consistent with system records.

- Record and report all asset entry and exit details to ensure asset safety.

3. Emergency response:

- According to the company's designated emergency response process, promptly handle temporary emergencies, safety issues or accidents.

- In emergency situations, take appropriate measures quickly to ensure server room safety and personnel safety.

4. Report and communication:

- Submit daily/weekly safety reports to the safety manager, including all verification results, abnormal situations and safety issues.

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate information transfer.

Requirements:

1. Security license:

- Must hold a valid Hong Kong security officer license (QAS license).

2. Work experience:

- At least 2 years of relevant security work experience, especially in data centers, server rooms or other high security requirement environments.

- Priority will be given to those with experience in handling emergencies or security incidents.

3. Skills required:

- Proficient in using verification tools (such as scanners) and record-keeping tables.

4. Personal qualities:

- Have good communication skills and team spirit.

- Able to remain calm under high pressure and make quick decisions.

5. Language requirements:

- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and basic English communication skills.

- Able to read and write Chinese and simple English reports.

- Ability to read and write Chinese and simple English

6. Other requirements:

- 12-hour shift work, including early and late shifts, working 6 days and resting 1 day.

- Healthy body, able to stand for long periods of time and perform security checks.
