Responsible for collecting, cleaning and integrating structured and unstructured data from multiple systems (such as CRM, ERP, website traffic platform and third-party API), ensuring data quality and consistency.
Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to deeply mine key indicators and potential trends in business scenarios, support sales strategy, user behavior analysis, and operational efficiency improvement.
Design and maintain visual dashboards (such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio), regularly produce high-quality management reports and special topic analysis briefs, and clearly communicate analytical insights to various business units.
Collaborate with product, market and operations teams, participate in requirement clarification and analysis framework construction, and transform ambiguous business problems into executable analysis plans and validate hypotheses.
Continuously optimize existing analysis processes and automation scripts (such as Python, SQL or R), improve data processing efficiency and analysis iteration speed, and establish reusable analysis templates and document standards.
Work requirements
Have at least three years of data analysis work experience, familiar with the retail, finance, e-commerce or technology industry, those with a Hong Kong identity or valid work visa are preferred.
Proficient in SQL for complex queries and performance tuning, with practical skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R language, and able to independently complete the end-to-end analysis process from data extraction to model validation.
Have basic knowledge of statistics, understand the application context and constraints of common analysis methods (such as A/B testing, regression analysis, funnel analysis, RFM model, clustering analysis, etc.).
Have good business sensitivity and communication skills, be able to explain analysis logic and business impact to non-technical background colleagues in non-technical language, and actively track and follow up the implementation effect of suggestions.
Have basic database management concepts (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift), understand ETL processes and data governance basic principles as a plus.
