<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Play a key role in adjusting and validating group-level data science solutions for successful local market implementation and supporting customers.</li><li>Ensure technical compatibility, perform model evaluation, and support deployment preparation.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or related sciences.</li><li>At least 4 years of data scientist work experience.</li><li>Able to conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify data patterns and business nuances in specific markets.</li><li>Have experience in adjusting and optimizing prediction or recommendation models (such as LightGBM, Collaborative Filtering) to achieve localized performance.</li><li>Proficient in using offline indicators and post-deployment KPI evaluation models to assess effectiveness; able to detect drift and misalignment.</li><li>Proficient in Python and SQL, with practical experience in distributed data processing using Spark (PySpark or Scala).</li><li>Prove that you can handle and transform diverse datasets, design features and adjust models to improve prediction accuracy.</li><li>Familiarity with converting business objectives into technical model standards, and explaining model results in business terms.</li><li>Able to work with machine learning engineers to ensure scalable and production-level deployments.</li><li>Applicants with retail, customer analysis or marketing-related data science experience are preferred.</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.</li></ul>
