II. Position Responsibilities

• : Independently responsible for the full life cycle development of stationery, backpacks, water bottles, cultural and creative products, from product concept design, design scheme formulation, to sample polishing, production landing, full process quality control and development progress, ensure products meet market demand and Group strategic positioning.

• Accurate product selection

• Market analysis and judgment: Regularly conduct market research, collect industry dynamics, competitive product information and consumer feedback, systemically analyze market data, sort out product advantages and disadvantages, and provide data support for product development, product selection and marketing strategy adjustment.

• Trend insight application: Closely monitor the market trends in stationery, backpacks, water bottles, and cultural and creative products, including design style, material innovation, and changes in consumption habits, and integrate trend elements into product development and selection work to ensure that products keep up with market trends and enhance brand appeal.

Three. Employment Requirements

• Education and experience: Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or above of experience as a product manager for stationery, backpacks, water bottles, cultural and creative products or related fast-moving consumer goods,Applicants with domestic and international market operations or cross-border product development experience are preferred， familiar with the characteristics of Hong Kong, the mainland and overseas key markets is preferred.​

• Core competenciesDomestic and international high-quality supplier resources ; haveDomestic and international market analysis ability， able to identify cross-regional market opportunities through data mining; understand industry market trends, and be able to combine different regional trends to provide direction for product innovation.​

• Comprehensive quality: Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, be able to cooperate efficiently with designers, manufacturers, sales and domestic and foreign partners; have strong interest in stationery, backpacks, water bottles, and cultural and creative products, and have a certain aesthetic ability and innovative thinking.

• Priority conditions: Have collaborated with Disney, Marvel, and other well-known IPsInternational collaboration on product development, or those who have been responsible for the domestic and foreign market promotion of cultural and creative products and have achieved excellent results, will be given priority.
