Unicorn Creative Limited sincerely recruits part-time accounting clerk

Working location: Chai Wan (occasional field trips to customer companies)

Hourly rate: $60 (adjusted by experience)

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

At least 3 days per week, with at least 4 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions for the company and its customers
• Assist in verifying bank transactions and account reconciliations
• Handle invoices, payments, and reimbursement matters
• Assist the accounting team in organizing financial documents
• Occasionally need to go out to customer companies to handle accounting documents

Requirements:

• College students or vocational students, accounting, finance or related sciences are preferred
• Applicants with basic accounting knowledge or relevant experience are preferred
• Familiarity with Excel and accounting software (such as QuickBooks / Xero / MYOB) is preferred
• Careful, responsible, and able to handle work independently
• Need good time management and communication skills
