Lead and manage the life insurance underwriting team to ensure efficient underwriting processes that comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Responsible for high-value policies and complex cases, conducting risk analysis and underwriting decisions
Develop and optimize underwriting guidelines and procedures to improve underwriting quality and consistency
Collaborate with actuarial, marketing and sales departments to support new product development and adjustments to existing products
Regularly review and evaluate insurance performance indicators, propose improvement suggestions and drive implementation

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in insurance, finance, medicine or related fields
Have 5 to 8 years of experience in life insurance underwriting
Familiar with Hong Kong and international insurance regulatory standards, those who hold CPCU, FLMI or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
Have excellent risk assessment ability and business judgment, and be able to handle high complexity insurance policies
Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental collaboration and guide subordinates to grow
