A. Basic information about the position

Job Title: Huawei base station construction engineer (Hong Kong local project)

Working location: Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and the outlying islands), outdoor stations, server rooms, rooftops, communication towers, and street stations

Project affiliation

Reporting Object: Hong Kong project supervisor / on-site project manager

Employment status: Full-time, resident in Hong Kong, accepting field work and night construction

II. DUTIES

1. Hong Kong base station on-site construction and delivery

2. On-site survey and verification: Responsible for Hong Kong site entry survey, point verification, environmental screening, comparing construction drawings with on-site buildings, towers, and municipal environmental differences, and outputting on-site problem feedback and improvement suggestions, suitable for Hong Kong dense buildings, urban narrow-body site construction scenarios.

3. Cooperation with testing and acceptance

5. Material and site management: Responsible for the issuance, inventory, storage, registration and return of construction materials, Huawei equipment, tools and instruments, control material loss, and do a good job of device anti-rain, anti-damage and anti-theft management to adapt to the outdoor construction environment of Hong Kong with frequent rain and wind.

6. Engineering data and progress reporting: Take standardized construction photos, fill out construction diaries, site completion documents, and inspection reports according to Huawei Hong Kong project requirements, synchronize construction progress, construction hindrance issues, and material status in real time, and ensure that project information is complete and traceable.

Three. Employment Requirements

1. Skills required

（1） Familiar with Huawei 4G/5G base station full set of equipment (BBU, RRU, antenna, feeder, combiner, power divider) installation process and Huawei Hong Kong project delivery standard;

（3） Familiar with the construction of Hong Kong buildings, terraces, street stations, and communication towers, and understand the basic specifications of Hong Kong telecommunication engineering;

（4）Proficient in the use of reflectometers, multimeters, wire strippers, etc. construction instrumentation tools, with the ability to independently complete single-site construction;

2. Experience and education

（1） Secondary school education or above, with preference for related fields such as communications, electronics, mechanics, and engineering;

（2）More than 1 year of Huawei base station construction experience, those who have communication project experience in Hong Kong and Macau are preferred;

3. Qualifications and physical fitness

（2）Healthy body, fearless of high and high blood pressure, etc., can adapt to Hong Kong's outdoor high temperature, rainy weather and high-altitude work;

（3）Acceptable Hong Kong-based, field-based, weekend shift, and nighttime window period construction.
