Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily security patrols, focusing on abnormal situations in public areas, and report and record them in real time.
  • Collaborate with property management team to support regular maintenance and repair projects in the building, including on-site order maintenance, construction site enclosure, contractor entry and exit registration, and on-site safety supervision during operations.
  • Monitor the construction or service behavior of external contractors in the building, ensure that it meets the security standards and work permit requirements, and fill out relevant monitoring records according to the procedure.

Work requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong security officer license ("E" card), and have at least one year of experience in residential property day shift security work. Candidates with this experience are preferred.
  • Able to handle daily security tasks independently, with basic crisis recognition ability and response awareness, and able to calmly report and take appropriate preliminary measures in emergency situations.
  • Have good communication skills, be able to clearly communicate with residents, management and contractors both orally and in writing (such as patrol records, event reports).
  • Familiar with basic fire equipment operation, closed-circuit television system viewing and common security equipment use; with basic computer operating skills, those who can input electronic patrol system data are preferred.
