Daily site security work

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daytime patrol and entry/exit control of the property in Kui Wo, ensuring the safety and order of the building's public areas, entrances and exits, and parking lots.

• Execute visitor registration, identity verification, and pass issuance operations, strictly follow the procedure to inspect and record relevant information.

• Instantly detect abnormal situations and report and handle them according to the standard process, and activate the emergency plan if necessary.

Work requirements

Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the qualifications for obtaining a Hong Kong security personnel license, safety card. Worker registration certificate, and hold a valid license before employment;

• Able to communicate and report orally in fluent Cantonese; Have basic English reading and writing abilities, and be able to understand common security notices, building signs, simple written instructions, and general conversation content

• Have acute observation skills, high sense of responsibility, and stable emotional management ability, be able to stay calm under pressure, quickly judge risks and take appropriate actions

• No academic qualifications or industry experience restrictions, but must pass a basic background check (including a criminal record check), a health and wellness assessment, and have no infectious diseases or mobility impairments that affect job performance

• Have good service awareness, respect residents and visitors' privacy, abide by confidentiality principles, and strictly follow the security policy and operating procedures of the property management company

• Monthly salary of HKD$17,000 (fixed salary, no commission or variable component)
