Job Responsibilities
- Independently complete basic hair care operations such as shampooing, blow-drying, and combing to ensure consistent service quality and compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Proficient in using various hair care products and equipment in the store, and able to recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly, and assist in maintaining product inventory and daily equipment checks.
Work requirements
- Master the technical specifications and safety requirements of hair care, and be able to independently complete various service projects.
- Have good affinity and communication skills, be patient to listen to customer needs and effectively respond.
- Clear language expression, basic customer service awareness, and adaptation to the high-frequency interpersonal interaction environment of the store.
