Job Description
Job Title: Dishwasher
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow the standard operating procedures for using dishwashers, high-temperature disinfection equipment and cleaning agents to ensure compliance with the Food and Health Bureau and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department's food safety and cleaning guidelines;
- Regularly clean the dishwashing area floor, drain, filter, equipment shell and storage rack, maintain a dry and clean working environment, and prevent pests and rodents from breeding;
- Assist kitchen colleagues with simple housekeeping tasks, including collecting leftover ingredients, sorting garbage (general waste, recyclable materials and food waste), and replenishing cleaning supplies;
- In the event of equipment failure or insufficient cleaning agents, etc. abnormal situations, report immediately to your supervisor and cooperate with other temporary support work.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with no relevant work experience required. Newcomers or those seeking a career change are welcome to apply;
- Able to adapt to standing work, repetitive movements and a fast-paced environment, with basic physical strength and hand-eye coordination abilities;
- Pay attention to personal hygiene and public health, understand and comply with the Food Industry Regulations and internal cleaning rules of the premises;
- Responsibility and team spirit, able to complete tasks according to instructions and actively maintain a clean and orderly work area;
- Understand basic Cantonese communication, able to understand daily instructions; Have basic reading and writing skills, can read label instructions and simple work records.
