Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Mandarin teaching work, according to students’ levels to formulate corresponding teaching plans.
- Design and prepare relevant teaching materials and course content, and enhance classroom teaching effectiveness.
- Regularly assess students’ language abilities and provide learning feedback.
- Organize extracurricular activities related to language learning to stimulate students’ learning interest.
- Maintain good communication with parents or other teachers, and promote students’ growth together.
- Standard Mandarin is fluent and clear, with a natural and smooth tone.
- Have good language expression and communication skills, and be able to effectively communicate knowledge.
- Love the education industry, patient and strong sense of responsibility.
- Applicants with relevant teaching experience will be given priority.
- Able to adjust teaching methods flexibly according to students’ characteristics and adapt to the needs of different age groups.
