Job Description
Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong (Nan Yang Centre Tower 1 / New Mandarin Plaza Tower A)
Responsibilities
•Oversee end-to-end event planning for ThePoint Coworking Center: customize startup salons, cross-border themed events, etc., to match the needs of startups and cross-border entrepreneurs;
•Manage front-end lead generation, community operation, and conversion: maintain member community engagement, identify potential clients, and drive business conversion;
•Track trends and market dynamics, independently develop event marketing plans, and leverage group resources to expand event influence;
•Analyze event data and insights to continuously optimize event effectiveness.
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in event planning/community operation; prior experience in executing events in Hong Kong and other regions is preferred;
•Outgoing, social, and has experience organizing personal gatherings or themed activities for friends in daily life;
•Proficient in independent marketing planning, with knowledge of the startup/shared space sector and awareness of market trends;
•Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken), with strong execution capabilities.
