Working hours:

Fixed night shift 00:00-10:00 (mainly for the late evening to early morning hours), responsible for the next day's batch production of meals, ingredient preparation, and factory cleaning up, suitable for shift work and overnight work mode.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Food processing, cutting and opening preparation;

2. Night-time batch cooking and food production;

3. Inventory control, waste reduction, and production records;

4. Clean up and handover at the end of the shift;

5. Factory equipment operation and daily maintenance;

6. Strictly follow the food and environmental hygiene standards, factory hygiene and disinfection;

Entry Requirements

1. Healthy body, no infectious diseases, and able to accept long-term night shifts and all-night work;

2. Have central kitchen, restaurant, canteen, food factory kitchen experience, familiar with batch production, standardized cooking process;
