Job Responsibilities:
One. Hong Kong local tax compliance declaration (core work)
Full responsibility for Hong Kong company's various tax compliance reporting and management, includingCapital gains tax, income tax, stamp duty
I. Local Hong Kong Tax Compliance Declaration (Core Responsibility)
Take full charge of the compliance declaration and management of all types of taxes for Hong Kong companies, including profits tax, salaries tax and stamp duty. Independently complete the whole-process tax work on schedule, such as BIR51 profits tax filing, IR56 salaries tax filing, employer tax reporting, nil tax declaration, tax filing registration and tax refund application. Follow up and liaise with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of Hong Kong regarding tax assessment, official inquiries, supplementary tax payment and tax audits, effectively avoid tax risks, and maintain complete tax ledgers and official documents.
II. Independently manage full-set accounting for Hong Kong wholly-owned subsidiaries and offshore entities, including voucher verification, month-end and year-end closing. Standardize cross-border accounting treatments such as foreign currency receipts and payments, foreign exchange settlement, exchange gains and losses, and recognition of overseas expenses. Prepare Chinese and English financial statements and management reports on schedule, ensure accounting compliance and consistent book-record and actual asset balances, and comply with Hong Kong Accounting Standards and Group financial policies.

III. Annual Audit & Compliance Management for Hong Kong Entities
Oversee the annual audit procedures of Hong Kong companies. Collate audit working papers, bank statements, contracts, supporting vouchers and accounting records, and coordinate with local Hong Kong CPA firms to complete annual audits and file audit archives. Take charge of corporate compliance matters including Business Registration Certificate maintenance, annual return filings and annual statement updates to ensure the legal continuity of Hong Kong companies.
Four. Collaborate with the group's financial consolidation, overseas financial data statistics, cross-border account reconciliation, and complete other Hong Kong tax and accounting-related tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
College diploma or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related disciplines. Possess Primary Accountant Qualification or higher; holders of HKICPA, ACCA or Certified Tax Agent credentials are preferred.
Two years or moreHong Kong company full-scale tax and accounting independent operation experience, with cross-border work experience in foreign trade, imports and exports, and manufacturing, familiar with the Hong Kong offshore company's operational and taxation procedures, and able to independently complete the whole process of annual audit, tax reporting, and annual declaration.
Minimum 2 years of independent hands-on experience in full-set accounting and tax work for Hong Kong companies. Candidates with experience in foreign trade, import & export or cross-border manufacturing enterprises are preferred. Familiar with the financial and tax operation processes of Hong Kong offshore companies, capable of independently completing full-cycle annual audits, tax filings and annual returns.
Three, master the Hong Kong tax system, Hong Kong accounting standards, Hong Kong company ordinance, and be familiar with the rules for claiming capital gains tax and salary tax as well as the offshore tax exemption application process;
In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong tax regime, Hong Kong Accounting Standards and Hong Kong Companies Ordinance; proficient in filing rules for Profits Tax and Salaries Tax as well as the application procedures for offshore tax exemption.
