1. Responsible for financial administration and administrative affairs.
2. Core responsibilities: Connect finance and administration, ensure smooth daily operations of the company.
3. Responsible for expenses Reimbursement audit, verify the authenticity of invoices and process compliance.
4. Process cash receipts and payments, bank transfers, and ensure that funds are accurately recorded.
5. Manage financial documents (checks, invoices), responsible for purchasing, issuing, and canceling.
6. Sort out original vouchers, assist in the preparation of accounting vouchers and the registration of detailed accounts.
7. Regularly compile basic financial statements to assist with monthly/quarterly closing.
8. Interface with banks and suppliers, complete daily reconciliation and payment settlements.
9. Assist in tax return preparation, and organize tax-related documents.
10. Purchase and manage office supplies, control administrative expenses.
11. Archive financial and administrative documents to ensure safe and accessible archives.
12. Responsible for organizing small meetings, notification, agenda and minutes preparation.
13. Interface with external agencies (property management, social security center, etc.) to handle daily affairs.
14. Collect statistical administrative and financial data, compile work reports.
15. Require a college degree or above, finance/administration related majors are preferred.
16. Need to be proficient in Excel, financial software and office software.
18. Need good communication and coordination skills, able to handle multi-threaded affairs.
19. Follow financial regulations and confidentiality requirements, strong stress resistance.
20. Development direction: Financial accounting, administrative or general management position.
