<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for providing first-line technical support, solving user problems encountered in the information system, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service desk.</li><li></li><li>Monitor system abnormal conditions, respond and handle sudden events quickly, and maintain system stability and business continuity.</li><li>Record and track support cases to ensure issues are escalated and closed according to standard procedures.</li><li>Assist new employees to familiarize themselves with system operations and support internal training plan execution.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have at least two years of work experience in one of the following three technical fields: security management, software debugging, database management.</li><li>Must have completed a specific internal company system training course and obtained certification or a qualified certificate.</li><li>Have good communication skills, be able to explain technical issues to non-technical users in a clear tone.</li><li>Familiar with common operating systems and office software, with basic network and server concepts.</li><li>Able to adapt to shift work or emergency standby system, with flexibility and stress resistance.</li></ul>
