Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional product advice, try-on experiences, and closing services

• Maintain the store display, product organization, and environment clean

• Handling customer post-purchase inquiries, returns and exchanges, and membership relationship management

• Achieve personal and store sales targets

• Cooperate with holiday activities and promotional planning

Requirements

• No experience required (freshmen, transfers are welcome, we provide complete education and training)

• Applicants with previous experience in retail, sales, and services are preferred

• Kind and patient, eager to interact with others, and proactive

• Good stress resistance and team spirit

• Can cooperate with the store's shift schedule (including holidays and morning/afternoon shifts)
