Job Description
- Responsible for handling daily purchase orders, including sending purchase orders to wholesale market buyers and updating actual delivery quantities and prices in real time on Excel
- Collect and integrate daily order data from street markets and supermarkets, perform operational data consolidation (Data Consolidation), and ensure database accuracy and timeliness
- Execute warehouse inventory management (Inventory Control), regular inventory count and verification, ensure physical inventory quantity is consistent with system records
- Convert street market delivery paper-based information to digital format and submit it to the accounting department for further financial follow-up
- Instantly send the latest product details, specifications and price information to front-line staff at each store via WhatsApp, supporting retail sales operations
- Secondary school graduation or above
- Have 2 to 5 years of purchasing, procurement or commodity management work experience; those with fresh fruits or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel operations, familiar with formula application, data screening, summarization and report production, and with high efficiency and high accuracy data processing ability
- Proactive and detail-oriented, able to independently take on multiple tasks in a night-time work environment and deliver them steadily within a tight deadline
- Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively connect with suppliers, logistics teams and branch staff
- Able to adapt to night shift work hours: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am
- Example holiday is Saturday and must be coordinated with the fruit stall's public holiday schedule
