Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the market promotion and customer development of the company's products or services, actively contacting potential customers through telephone, email, social platforms and face-to-face visits, and establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships.
In-depth understanding of customer needs, providing professional consultation and customized solution, assisting customers in selecting suitable products or services, and improving conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
Execute sales and marketing plans, achieve personal and team monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, and regularly report sales progress, market dynamics and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing, product and technical departments, participate in new product launch preparation, sales tool creation and customer case consolidation, and support overall business expansion strategy.
Properly manage customer data and sales processes, accurately update contact records, follow-up status, and closing information in the system, and ensure that sales data is accurate and complete.
Work requirements
Have secondary school graduation or above academic qualifications, fresh graduates are welcome to apply; those with sales, customer service, market promotion or relevant industry experience are given priority.
Have good communication skills and persuasion, be able to clearly express the value of the product, and flexibly respond to customer objections and different types of negotiation situations.
Active and proactive, strong stress resistance, goal-oriented thinking and self-motivation, and willingness to accept challenges and continuously improve performance.
Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use Microsoft Office suite of software and mainstream systems fluently; have fluent Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills, and those who understand English are better.
Must have legal qualifications to work in Hong Kong, including holding a valid Hong Kong identity card, employment visa or unconditional stay permit.
