Applicants with Hong Kong work experience, immigration and study abroad related work experience, insurance assistant work experience will be given priority, strong language expression and communication skills, familiar with various office software operations.
Duties:
1. Business support work
• Assist business teams to complete customer service: such as preliminary information collection, intermediary business assistance, and follow-up confirmation, information return.
• Assist the business team with document organization: customer information, collection of application materials, and contract organization and archiving.
2. Office daily administrative work
• Office daily maintenance, file management, meeting and event organization.
• Reception work: Reception includes customers, partners and job seekers. Manage the front desk and communicate information.
• Internal coordination and communication: Act as a liaison point between different departments to ensure information flow and task coordination. Resolve and report internal conflicts and problems in a timely manner.
• External coordination and communication: Communicate with external service providers, suppliers and partners to ensure timely payment of goods and expenses.
