Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing high net worth clients and institutional investors, deeply exploring their stock market value management and asset management needs in the A-share, Hong Kong stock, U.S. stock and digital asset fields.
- Independent sales company core products, including AI-driven quantitative strategy funds, customized market value management solutions and full-cycle asset allocation services.
- According to customer risk preference, liquidity demand and long-term goals, provide professional consultation and solution design, and coordinate with the investment and research team to complete on-the-ground execution.
- Continuously follow up on customer asset performance and market changes, proactively optimize service strategies, and improve customer retention rate, repurchase rate, and referral rate.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, private equity funds or securities firm institutional business, familiar with the mainstream capital markets at home and abroad, and their operation rules and supervision frameworks.
- Having stable and high-quality high net worth client resources or institutional channel network, we can quickly start our business and achieve performance transformation.
- Have basic knowledge of AI quantification technology, market value management logic and digital asset markets, strong learning willingness, able to understand and communicate the core value of products.
- Results-oriented thinking is prominent, good at autonomously planning time and goals, and possessing excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer trust-building abilities.
- Responsibility-based salary, no ceiling, ensuring basic income protection and growth space coexist.
- High sales commission and staged achievement bonuses, directly linked to personal contributions.
- Highly flexible working hours, without restrictions on fixed office hours and locations, with results delivery as the core evaluation standard.
- Participate in the company's core business decision-making and profit-sharing mechanism, and outstanding performers can be promoted to sales director or become co-founding partners.
