Trust Compliance Consultant - Family Trust Business Department

Job Description
Duties include:
Responsible for the full process of family trust business compliance review, including transaction structure, trust deed, customer due diligence, anti-money laundering review.
Review the legal and compliance risks of establishing, maintaining, and distributing family trusts, and provide compliance opinions.
Track regulatory policies and trust laws, update business systems and operating guidelines.
Collaborate with business teams to support the implementation of high net worth customer solutions, and ensure compliance and risk management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, law, finance, taxation related professional is preferred.
Familiar with the Trust Law, Civil Code, anti-money laundering, and wealth management compliance requirements.
Applicants with trust/private banking/family office/law firm compliance or legal experience are preferred.
Thorough and detailed, strong sense of confidentiality, good writing and communication skills.
