Job Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in coordinating the daily operation of the Hong Kong warehouse, covering receiving, inspecting, shelving, picking, packaging and delivery, etc. Ensure that each process is executed accurately, safely and efficiently

• Responsible for daily warehouse group management, reasonable allocation of warehouse managers and workers work tasks and manpower scheduling, and ensure that daily warehouse operations are completed on schedule

• Coordinate cross-border logistics arrangements, customs clearance document preparation, and supply chain coordination between the Shenzhen headquarters and the Hong Kong warehouse to ensure smooth goods transfer, timely and accurate document flow

• Lead a first-line team to strictly implement standardized operating procedures (SOP), take the lead in on-site management, on-the-job training, and performance follow-up, and continuously maintain inventory "accounting and reality"

• Supervise and implement warehouse safety standards, 5S on-site management, and compliance requirements, proactively identify and improve process bottlenecks, and reduce operating risks and warehouse costs

• Responsible for warehouse inventory record and real-time input and update of ERP/WMS system data, covering key points such as receipt, delivery, inventory change, etc.; regularly execute system data and physical inventory verification to ensure that the "account, goods, invoice, and system" are consistent

• Have warehouse logistics practical experience in electronic products or high-end manufacturing industry; those with warehouse team management experience are preferred; those with Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border logistics or Hong Kong local warehouse actual operation experience are especially good

• Familiar with supply chain management, cross-border logistics and warehouse operations knowledge; familiar with the whole process management of warehouse "receipt, delivery, storage, inventory, return"; familiar with basic international trade rules and Hong Kong cross-border warehouse business logic; familiar with WMS/ERP system and Office office software; familiar with Hong Kong warehouse regulations, Hong Kong and China cross-border logistics and transportation modes and import and export customs clearance procedures are preferred.

• Cantonese is the main working language, with good English and Mandarin communication skills, and can handle bilingual collaboration in local and cross-border business scenarios

• Must be based in Hong Kong for an extended period of time, preferably with valid Hong Kong permanent residency, or eligibility for the "Top Talent Pass Program (TTPS)"、「Outstanding Talent Program (QMAS)"、「Non-local Graduates Hong Kong/Return Employment Arrangement (IANG)"、「Dependent visa" or other legal work visa qualifications

• Monthly salary of HKD$18,000 – $20,000 (depending on experience and ability)

• Working 5 days a week, 9:00-17:30, with a two-hour lunch break
