Airport ground staff

• Responsible for passenger boarding procedures, including check-in, baggage check, and seat assignment, etc. front-line service work;

• Execute shift work at different time periods (including morning and evening shifts and weekends) to adapt to different work weeks and flexible scheduling arrangements;

• Assist in handling passenger inquiries, sudden situations and special needs (such as unaccompanied children, the elderly, the disabled, etc.), providing professional and friendly customer service;

• Have good communication skills, be able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English for daily conversations and written communication;

• No academic qualifications required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply, those with less than one year of relevant experience will also be considered;

• Able to adapt to the high tempo and changing environment of the airport, with a sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and team spirit;

• Must comply with the daily 12:45 to 23:45 work schedule, and accept full-week rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday and irregular overtime;

• Monthly salary range is HKD$17,000 to $23,000, depending on experience and performance, and with overtime allowance;

• Provide transportation allowance, meal allowance, and housing allowance to support employees’ daily commuting and living expenses;

• Provide extra allowances to encourage stable attendance, quality service, and special performance on the job;

• Enjoy 14 paid annual leave days and be granted leave according to Hong Kong's statutory holidays, covering all Chinese traditional festivals;
