Mechanical Design Engineer (Robotics Direction)

• Responsible for the development and structural design of construction robots, robotic arm end effector, clamps, automatic feeding mechanism, and cloud platform.
• Complete the design of the robot's mechanical structure and overall structure, participate in the development of non-standard automation equipment, 3D model some components, output engineering drawings and BOM lists, and support parts procurement work.
• Optimize the robot's transmission system, actuator, and lightweight structure to ensure its strength, accuracy, and reliability.
• Assist electrical engineers in completing mechatronic system integration, participate in the selection of key components such as motors and sensors.
• Assist in prototype testing, assembly and testing, solve technical problems in the production process, and iterate and optimize design schemes.
• Organize relevant technical documents, including design solution specifications, test reports and process files, etc.
• Track industry technical dynamics, propose innovative structural design solutions, and drive product technical upgrades.

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, mechatronics or robotics engineering, etc. related fields.
• Applicants with 3 to 5 years of mechanical design experience, industrial robot, collaborative robot or automation equipment development experience are preferred.
• Proficient in SolidWorks/AutoCAD and other design software, familiar with non-standard design processes and standard parts selection (such as Misumi, Airtac, etc.).
• Proficient in mechanical principles, materials mechanics, tolerance and fit, etc. basic knowledge, understand machining, sheet metal, injection molding, etc. processes.
• Have strong hands-on skills, able to independently complete prototype assembly and debugging as well as problem analysis.
• Logical clarity, with good cross-team collaboration skills, able to communicate efficiently with electrical and algorithmic engineers.
• Passionate about the robotics industry, with innovative thinking and stress resistance abilities.

• Have experience in non-standard automatic equipment and robot structural design.
• Familiar with dynamics simulation (ANSYS/ADAMS).
• Familiar with the concurrent process of industrial design (ID) and mechanical design (MD).
