<ul><li>Responsible for general mechanical and electrical daily maintenance and repair work, including kitchen equipment, swimming pool equipment, pumps, electric lights, audio and video and air conditioning equipment systems, etc.</li><li>Regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure appropriate tools and materials for repairs</li><li>Supervise and report on the service quality and progress of the subcontractor, ensuring that their work meets the guidelines and requirements of our organization</li><li>Record electrical and mechanical system-related data</li><li>Report to senior engineers/midnight engineers and provide assistance to on-duty technicians</li><li>Execute other tasks assigned by superiors</li><li>Five days work, shift system</li></ul><ul><li>2 years or more of experience in electricity, air conditioning and ventilation, building management, and fire system maintenance</li><li>Applicants with hotel, club or property management experience will be given priority</li><li>Completion of recognized apprenticeship training or equivalent qualifications</li><li>Must hold a Hong Kong Government-registered A or R or above electrical engineering license</li><li>Must hold a construction safety training certificate</li></ul><p></p>
