Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • According to the established file management process, execute file retrieval, consultation, borrowing and cancellation operations, and record a complete operation log.
  • Assist in the preliminary preparation of file digitalization, including inventory, detaching, repairing minor damaged files, scanning annotation and quality check.
  • Regularly inventory stock files, identify expired, duplicate or invalid files, submit cleaning suggestions according to the program and cooperate with subsequent disposal.

Work requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or above; those with relevant work experience in document processing, library assistant, administrative support, etc. will be given priority.
  • Have a high sense of responsibility and patience, be able to focus for a long time on repetitive sorting work, and maintain a high accuracy and consistency.
  • Have good communication skills and team collaboration awareness, be able to complete assigned tasks on time by the supervisor, and actively reflect process abnormalities or improvement suggestions.
  • Respect data privacy, understand and comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other applicable file management regulations and internal policies.
