Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing basic mobile phone function tests, including calling, messaging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera, touch and charging, etc. module operation validation, ensuring that all functions meet the quality standards before shipment.

• Conduct a thorough check of the mobile phone's appearance, covering body scratches, screen defects, loose buttons, uneven seams, color differences, and packaging integrity, etc., and strictly control the appearance quality.

• Test the success rate of mobile phone activation, record and report abnormal cases, and cooperate with the technical team to clarify the reasons for activation failure (such as server connection, account binding or system setting problems).

• Confirm whether the pre-installed 360 security software has been installed, started and configured according to the specifications, and check its version correctness and stability of operation.

• Evaluate the overall cleanliness of the machine and its accessories, including screen oil stains, body fingerprints, protective film residue, charging cable, and packaging accessories, to ensure a good first impression when delivered to consumers.

• Have secondary three education or above (equivalent to secondary school diploma), holding a local secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification certificate.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and able to understand Chinese operation instructions, testing forms and internal work instructions.

• Have detailed observation and high sense of responsibility, be able to independently execute repetitive testing tasks and accurately fill in digital testing records.

• Familiar with mainstream smart phone basic operations (such as Android/iOS interface navigation, App installation, setting adjustment), no need for professional technical background but must have daily use experience.

• Applicants with less than one year of relevant testing, assembly, post-sales support or warehouse QC experience are welcome; those with 3C product testing experience will be given priority. Monday to Friday: 9:30AM - 6:30PM; Saturday: 9:30AM - 2PM
