Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily living care for the elderly, including assistance with eating, washing, dressing and toileting basic life support
• Regularly inspect the status of the residents, observe and record their health changes, and promptly report abnormal situations to the supervisor
• Assist the nursing team in performing basic nursing tasks, such as measuring body temperature, blood pressure monitoring, etc.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic living environment, regularly clean your room and disinfect your personal belongings
• Accompany the elderly to engage in simple recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being and social interaction

Work requirements

• 45 years old or younger, with good Cantonese communication skills, able to complete care tasks independently
• At least 3 years of relevant elderly care nursing work experience, familiar with the process of caring for the elderly is preferred
• Kindness, patience, and sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work schedule

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD 15,120, paid monthly
• Provide accommodation, the dormitory is located near the institution within walking distance, the rent is deducted from the salary by 10%
• Self-catering, the hospital has a canteen, and the cost of each meal is about ten Hong Kong dollars
• Monthly 4 days off, shift schedule according to the hospital's regulations
• Working hours are divided into two shifts: 07:00-15:00 or 13:00-21:00, rotating shifts
