Job Description
Working location: causeway bay (1 minute walk from the subway station)Working hours: 12nn-10pmMonthly salary: $18,000Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer ordering, cashiering, and checkout operations, ensuring accurate transactions and providing friendly service.
- Assist front-line sales work, including introducing dish features, recommending sets, and handling customer inquiries and order modifications.
- Support the water bar area during peak hours, complete beverage preparation, cup preparation, and material replenishment, etc. basic operations (no need for past water bar experience).
- Keep the cash register, ordering area and water bar clean and orderly, and regularly clean equipment and work surfaces.
- Comply with the daily operations of the store, such as preliminary inventory sorting, packaging material classification, delivery order verification and handover.
- Applicants must be 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong identity card, be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, and have basic English or Vietnamese language skills. Priority will be given to those who meet these requirements.
- Have good service awareness and patience, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-interactive retail and dining environment.
- No need for relevant industry experience, welcome newcomers to apply; those with cash register, retail or catering experience will be given priority.
- Stable shift schedule, able to accommodate rotating day shifts (12nn–10pm), including weekends and public holidays.
- Monthly salary of HKD$18,000, paid on time every month.
- Working location is in the heart of causeway bay, near the MTR station, walking about 1 minute is very convenient.
