Working range:

- Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of the property, including ceiling and wall plastering, wallpaper and indoor furniture painting, leak prevention/injection, laying of tiles, tiles, swimming pool paper stone, column base, waterproofing, replacement of water pipes, cleaning of water filter grids, replacement of gate switches, inspection of pumps and replacement of their parts, ensuring the normal operation of the daily water supply system in the estate, etc.

- Need to rotate early, middle, and late shifts

Entry Requirements:

- 1 year or more relevant engineering experience

- Good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese
