Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the plumbing and electrical engineering in residential renovation projects, including digging pits, pulling hoses, changing electrical boxes, installing sanitary ware, switches, lighting fixtures and water pipes.

• Independently complete daily water and electricity operations, and be able to coordinate and cooperate with other construction workers to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

• Collaborate according to the judge's form, you need to prepare basic tools and manage your personal workflow yourself.

• Provide relevant photos and position calculation data after completion for verification of engineering details and settlement.

Work requirements

• Must hold a valid electrical A license and a plumber's or intermediate plumber's license, with legal employment qualifications.

• Have four or more years of residential renovation plumbing and electrical work experience, and be able to handle common construction problems independently.

• Responsibility, serious and stable work attitude, willingness to take on responsibilities and ensure project quality.

• Preference will be given to those with a closed space work certificate.

• Those who are slightly familiar with masonry, carpentry or other construction skills will be given priority.
